In 1990, a group of innovative engineers founded an engineering company with the aim of designing and implementing their own innovative, technical and technological developments. Since its foundation, our company has closely cooperated with the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and has a wide range of consultants in various fields, which allows us to successfully implement the most complex, innovative projects. And to this day, the spirit of pioneering, based on the synergy of science, production, implementation and operation, unites the ambitious team of our company.

The project of capital repair of the complex of buildings of the transport workshop of JSC “Zavod Komunalnogo Masinobuduvannya” was carried out on the basis of architectural and construction decisions adopted in accordance with current norms, rules and standards.
The complex of buildings and structures of the transport workshop consists of:
– the immediately existing building of the transport workshop, the dimensions of which are 18.0×78.0 m in plan, the height to the bottom of the load-bearing structures of the covering is 6.4 m, one-story with a built-in second floor for the placement of administrative and household premises;
– the houses of the checkpoint (checkpoint) are one-story, the dimensions are 4.5×9.0, the height of the premises is 3.0 m.

The All-Ukrainian State Research and Production Center for Standardization, Metrology, Certification and Consumer Rights issued a certificate of certification of our laboratory.
Therefore, our company has the only certified mobile laboratory in Ukraine for conducting research and industrial experiments on cavitation treatment of various liquid media under specified technological conditions: temperature of the working environment, pressure, flow rate, introduction of additional additives and mixture components. The laboratory has two independent cavitation units of different performance with all the necessary technological equipment, including pumps, pipelines, heat recovery units, storage tanks and regulatory equipment. In addition, there is a telemetry system for determining more than 50 technological parameters of the experiment and programmable automation for research within the given technological parameters. All of this allows mobile solutions to the Customer’s specific tasks, including the possibility of connecting to the technological scheme of a working enterprise in order to evaluate the real efficiency of the equipment and optimize it taking into account the specifics of operation at the stage of launching into production.

√ On 05/28/2018, an emergency situation occurred in the city of Kremenchuk, the chimney of the district boiler house belonging to KP “Teploenergo” fell. The whole district of the city was under threat of lack of heating. Our company has been cooperating with the city for many years, so we immediately responded to the proposal of representatives of the city council to carry out works to restore the efficiency of the boiler house. In difficult conditions, the EPS contract for the design, manufacture and installation of a new chimney was completed in a very short time.

An agreement was concluded with the company “Alfa Laval Aalborg A/S” to conduct technological tests of the SEP-10M cavitation apparatus at the “Aalborg” test center in Denmark. SEP-10M was delivered to Denmark.
Alfa Laval’s world-renowned marine test and training center in Aalborg, Denmark, concentrates today’s innovations, creating a springboard into the future. Here, equipment, programs and process lines are tested at the scale of an ocean-going vessel – with control and convenience not possible at sea.
The 1,350 m2 test space offers a wide range of possibilities. One part is a full-scale engine room simulation with Alfa Laval products integrated into the main process lines around the ship’s 2MW diesel engine. Another, which reflects the growth of LNG and other gaseous fuels, focuses on combustion technology in burners, heating systems and inert gas systems. Seawater for all systems comes directly from the Limfjord, which connects the Kattegat Strait to the North Sea.
A single integrated control system connects all equipment with the control room and training complex. Thus, Alfa Laval can use part or all of the center for specific purposes, from evaluating individual customer configurations to laying the foundation for new solutions in the field of energy saving, safety and environmental protection.
Training for today or innovating for the future, the Alfa Laval Test and Training Center creates real opportunities.

√ Our company won the tender for the pre-project evaluation of the actual heat load of the Rakivka housing estate in Kremenchuk

In accordance with the terms of the Priority Investment Program (PIP), which is implemented on the basis of the contract between the city of Kremenchuk, KP “Teploenergo”, NEFCO, Danida Business Finance and based on the Feasibility Study report performed by the Ramboll company, the implementation of the investment project has begun, in the warehouse.

– EUR 6.5 million loan from NEFKO;
– a grant in the amount of EUR 3.5 million (35%) from Danida Business Finance;
– EUR 2.7 million of local financing, including VAT coverage.

According to the work plan, a tender was held in June 2022 to carry out a complex of works for the implementation of the project, and financing was opened at the end of the year.
The technical components of the PIP include:
1) Biomass boiler house with a capacity of 1 x 4.0 MW,
2) 2 x 20.0 MW boiler house on natural gas (2 water heating boilers with dry economizer)
3) 3,000 m3 low pressure steel storage tank
4) Network improvements by changing from a 4-pipe system to a 2-pipe system. In addition, 710 m of transit pipes are needed to connect six new heating points.
5) 122 modern heating points, of which 84 are individual heating points, both for space heating and for DHW, 21 group heating points, 4 ITP only for DHW and 13 for space heating.
6) System of centralized dispatch control and data collection (SCADA)

By order of the Municipal Enterprise “TEPLOENERGO” of the Kremenchuk City Council of the Kremenchuk District of the Poltava Region, we performed a set of robots to analyze the possibility of using existing heat generation capacities to create a backup emergency heat supply system for the left-bank part of the city of Kremenchuk.
With the help of this program, the city of Kremenchuk managed to attract 5 million euros of aid from the Danish government, and 40 MW of thermal power reserve was created in block-modular design of 4 MW per block.

In 2023, the company completed an international contract commissioned by the Viessmann company, financed by the government of the Kingdom of Denmark under the control of NEFCO, for the production of five block-modular gas boilers with a total capacity of 20 MW. The contract was completed within the agreed time frame without quality issues.

√ Our company won the tender for the development of an emergency backup heat supply system in Bila Tserkva.
This is a project that covers the entire heat supply system of the city with the design of new heat networks connecting 13 existing heat stations, construction of new heat stations with a total capacity of over 116 MW.
The purpose of this large-scale work, which covers the critical infrastructure of the city with a population of over 200,000, is to involve donor organizations, international technical and humanitarian aid projects operating in Ukraine during martial law.
