The purpose of operational adjustment work and environmental and thermal testing is to establish optimal operating modes for gas-using and heating equipment, taking into account technological conditions, the minimum possible specific fuel consumption and ensuring minimum emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere, not exceeding established technical and environmental standards.
The SOE company provides comprehensive inspection and maintenance services for engineering networks: boiler rooms, individual heating points, heat recovery units, metering units, control and pumping equipment, electrical equipment, shut-off valves, pipelines and other equipment, heating, ventilation, hot and cold water supply systems.
Based on the results of the survey, a Certificate of the existing technical condition of utility networks is provided, along with recommendations for optimization, increasing the service life of equipment and saving costs.
