Description
The production base of the SOE group of companies is located in Bila Tserkva. Our production is deployed here, which is located on an area of more than 2,000 square meters. High-class specialists in the field of metalworking work at our company. Communication with the best designers and technologists of the industrial sector, the own design bureau, the VTK department, allowed to ensure a high level of quality control of the products produced by the enterprise. Enterprises of the SOE group of companies are supporters of an uncompromising position in matters of quality and delivery of services. The high quality of manufactured products has been repeatedly approved by our customers and partners. At our own production, we perform the following types of work:
– mechanized logging, metal cutting;
– CNC plasma metal cutting and manual; – milling processing;
– turning processing; – welding works;
– locksmith and locksmith-assembling works;
– electrical installation works, assembly of electrical panels and KVP panels;
– painting works, including powder technology.
We carry out work on the manufacture of individual components, parts and equipment from the Customer’s design documentation, as well as metal structures for various purposes developed by our own design department:
– light – for quickly assembled structures;
– small – for the manufacture of fences, turnstiles, street advertising structures, canopies, decking, visors;
– large – manufacturing of supporting structures of bridges, railway overpasses, tunnel covers;
– construction – columns, beams, supports, purlins, ties, ceilings, formwork, etc.;
– reservoirs – large-sized containers for various purposes;
– household – gates of any type, wickets, stands, brackets, storage systems, etc.;
– any other designs that our customers need.
The quality management system covers all types of activities during the production of metal structures and is a means that ensures compliance of products with established requirements. In production, both traditional rolled metal and modern types of profiles of various cross-sections are used, which in some cases make it possible to lighten the weight of buildings and structures and reduce the time of installation work. We carry out constant control at all stages of the production process.
Design
Employees of the company SOE are qualified specialists with many years of work experience, which is especially important when designing individual projects that require complex calculations and often have inaccuracies in the initial data. In the process of developing the project, we take into account the design features of the future product, its purpose and operating conditions.
Production
We manufacture both standard and non-standard metal structures to order according to the customer’s drawings.
For production, we use only high-quality rolled metal: alloyed, galvanized, nickel-plated, chrome-plated steel and alloys of various metals.
The process of creating metal structures to order is carried out in several stages:
Production of blanks:
- cleaning, straightening and abrasive treatment of rolled sheet metal;
- marking/cutting of metal, according to a typical project or customer sketch;
- cutting metal blanks on modern equipment;
- processing of edges, cut areas.
Assembly of metal construction
- preliminary assembly of blanks according to project documentation;
- welding;
- removal of scale;
- control compilation.
Colour
- preparation of the surface for painting to the required degree of roughness;
- dedusting and degreasing of the surface;
- priming;
- dyeing of finished products.
Each stage of work is checked by specialists of the quality control department of our company.
Delivery and installation
Installation of metal structures made to order is carried out by experienced employees of SOE, who are previously familiar with the features of operation and the location of the object. The products are mounted on the foundation or pre-prepared supporting points. In the installation process, we use various types of connections (bolted, welded), as well as specialized equipment (cranes, lifts). All work is carried out in accordance with occupational health and safety requirements, employees have appropriate qualifications and permits for work at height.
