Design of boiler houses
The design of the boiler room includes the development of the full scope of project documentation, from pre-project development and creation of a technical task for the design of equipment and boiler rooms to the coordination of various working documentation.
Design involves work with all sections of the project taking into account the requirements of current norms, rules and other documents.
Our company has more than 20 years of experience in the design of heat supply facilities, which allows us to solve the tasks set by the Customer as efficiently and quickly as possible and significantly shortens the time from signing the contract (beginning of design and construction) to the launch of the facility.
Production of boiler rooms
The project of the future boiler house undergoes a mandatory approval procedure with the Customer. And only after the Customer’s consent is received, the project documentation is submitted for the execution of works.
We manufacture boiler plants of various types and capacities on any type of fuel: from large industrial stationary facilities to mobile plants and mini-boilers.
Production of a boiler house can be conditionally divided into the following stages:
- Stage 1: Production of a metal block module, construction of a separate building from LMK or preparation of an existing room (building) for installation of a boiler room.
- Stage 2: Assembling the main components of the equipment. Connection of nodes to a single boiler installation system.
- Stage 3: Quality control is a mandatory stage for any boiler plant assembled in the factory conditions of our company.
- Stage 4: Acceptance tests and acceptance procedures by the Technical Control Department (VTK) together with the Customer at the production site of SOE
Only after the successful completion of each of the production stages, the boiler room is packed and prepared for shipment to the installation site.
In the field of equipment supply, we cooperate directly with leading Russian and European manufacturers (Viessmann, BOCH-Buderus, Weishaupt, ENTROROS, WOLF, Wilo, Grundfoss, etc.).
Delivery, installation and PNR of boiler rooms
Depending on the conditions of the Customer, delivery of the boiler plant to the Facility can be carried out by motor vehicle (low-frame trawl, container ship, etc.), rail or air transport.
The block-module boiler house is transported in separate block-modules with already assembled equipment, which maximally shortens the time of installation work and bringing the boiler plant into working position on site. The equipment for a stationary boiler room is delivered to the place of installation in “assemblies”, which are then assembled into a single system.
For some types, the issue of delivery is resolved already at the stage of ordering a boiler house, when the Customer chooses a mobile or emergency type of boiler house, for their movement a tractor-trailer is used or its own drive (in the case of manufacturing a boiler house on a self-propelled chassis).
Specialists of SOE, who have already familiarized themselves with the facility and the conditions of its further operation, travel to the facility to carry out installation, commissioning and adjustment of the boiler house.
