With whom we work

Designing smoke pipes

Chimney design is always carried out individually: for a specific object, with established parameters and operating conditions. For long-term and safe operation of the chimney, it is necessary to design it in accordance with all current norms and rules, the needs of the Customer, wind loads, as well as the seismicity of the area where the object is located.

We are engaged in the production of project documentation for smoke pipes. The chimney project is based on the section “Metal constructions” and the task of designing the chimney foundation, but, at the Customer’s request, the company’s specialists will also perform other sections, including section “Chimney foundation”.

The company’s specialists can offer you the implementation of one or all stages of the development of the chimney project: a sketch project, a working project or working documentation.

In accordance with the current regulatory documentation, industrial smoke pipes, free-standing pipes, which are part of a facility classified as a hazardous production facility, are subject to mandatory registration and supervision by the territorial bodies of the State supervision .

Production of chimneys

After the Customer approves the design solution and the completeness of the chimney, we proceed to the manufacturing stage.

For more than 20 years, it has been manufacturing metal smoke pipes of various designs: self-supporting, on braces, truss-type pipes with one or more gas discharge barrels, as well as column and facade smoke pipes.

Pipe production is carried out according to technological maps and includes the following stages:

  • Stage 1: Blanks are made from metal profiles according to working drawings.
  • Stage 2: Conductors are placed for placing the main parts, the parts are assembled into assembly units and “caught” by welding.
  • Stage 3: After collecting all the components of the smoke pipe, the absence of distortions and possible bends along the entire length is checked (to exclude possible deviations from the vertical when installing the pipe) and only after that, the final welding takes place in accordance with RD 34 15.132-96 “Welding and quality control of welded joints of metal structures of buildings and structures during the construction of industrial facilities”.
  • Stage 4: The final stage of chimney production is quality control. Without carrying out the quality control procedure, the pipe does not receive a permit for loading and delivery. Delivery and installation of chimneys

The chimney can be delivered by road or rail, depending on the place of installation. The installation of the pipe is carried out by specialists in the shortest possible time using all the necessary equipment. In the installation process, additional equipment for the pipe is also installed:

  • stairs
  • service sites
  • lightning receivers
  • light enclosure
