Modern block-modular boiler houses (BMK) are universal technological complexes for the production of heat carrier, which is used for heating, ventilation, hot water supply, production and technological needs. BMK consists of block modules that can be installed in any prepared place and connected to each other, which allows you to quickly assemble a boiler house of the required capacity, as well as change it as necessary.
SOE-BMB are produced in modifications for the use of different types of fuel:
– gas (natural gas, liquefied natural gas LNG, liquefied hydrocarbon gases LPG);
– liquid fuel (diesel fuel, sometimes used oil, naval fuel oil);
– combined boiler houses. (gas-diesel);

BMK is supplied as block-modules fully factory ready. Such a boiler room consists of one or more modules, depending on the capacity and purpose. The size of the block module determines its technical and technological content. For example, a boiler plant up to 6 MW is a monoblock with all the necessary equipment, and a boiler plant with a capacity of 50 MW can consist of a group of block modules; module of heat-generating units, module of heat-utilizers, module of water treatment, module of the pump group, operator – household module, module of reserve power supply, module of reserve fuel supply. Therefore, the option of implementation and hardware design of modular boiler rooms are selected strictly in accordance with the characteristics of the object based on the technical task. Each boiler room is developed on the basis of a typical project with an individual approach, taking into account certain operating conditions, required power and functionality. Basically, the modules are made of light and strong frame structures, the frame is made of a profiled pipe, the enclosing structures are made of sandwich panels with insulation. In the production of BMK, only non-combustible materials are used. BMK must be equipped with at least one window and door that opens to the outside.
SOE-BMB is a modern high-tech thermal complex that works both from an external (pipeline) fuel source and completely autonomously (fuel tanks). SOE-BMB uses condensation technologies that provide them with the highest technical, economic and environmental performance. SOE-BMB uses heat exchangers for the separation of boiler and network circuits, which significantly increases the service life of the main equipment, the estimated service life of SOE-BMB is at least 20 years.
