The quality of construction of buildings and structures guarantees their successful and long-term operation. Quality directly depends on strict adherence to design decisions and control of construction work. The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On architectural and technical supervision during the construction of an architectural object” No. 903 dated June 11, 2007 is aimed at implementing such control.
Technical supervision engineer Usatenko Vitaly Nikolaevich, member of the All-Ukrainian public organization “Guild of Engineers for Technical Supervision of the Construction of Architectural Objects” offers the following services in construction:
- 1. Registration of technical supervision, subscription to GASK upon receipt of a “Construction Permit”;
- 2. Quality control of work (compliance with the requirements of SNiP, DBN, work technology);
- 3. Technical supervision over the compliance of the construction and installation work performed and the materials, products, structures and equipment used with the approved design solution;
- 4. Acceptance of completed work with the signing of the relevant acts (hidden work, testing, intermediate acceptance of critical structures of buildings and structures);
- 5. Technical supervision and photographic recording: hidden and other works, the current state of the object. Providing results in both printed and electronic form;
- 6. Recording deviations from the working drawings, from the technology of construction work, from the current SNiP, DBN, discovered during the inspection of the work performed, in the work log, as well as determining the deadlines for eliminating the identified deviations;
- 7. Checking the compliance of the volumes of work actually performed and those presented for payment;
- 8. Monitoring the compliance of the scope of work and the terms of work with the terms of the contract and the construction schedule;
- 9. Maintaining a cumulative record of the amount of work performed;
- 10. Technical supervision of the completeness and correctness of as-built documentation, including assessment of the reliability of geodetic as-built diagrams of completed structures with selective control of the accuracy of the position of elements. Preparation of comments and control over their elimination;
- 11. Drawing up lists of necessary as-built documentation for types of construction, installation and other works;
- 12. Checking the availability of the contractor for construction, installation and other works, quality documents for the materials, products and equipment used;
- 13. Conducting incoming control over project documentation. Preparation of comments and control over their elimination;
- 14. Monitoring the implementation of orders of state supervisory authorities and local self-government;
- 15. Participation in the state selection committee in accordance with Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 534 of May 20, 2009
