- Installation is one of the important stages of the project. Installation is carried out in accordance with the developed technical and design documentation provided by the customer, or according to the working documentation developed by our company’s specialists based on the technical specifications issued by the customer.
- We guarantee high-quality installation that is safe for operating personnel. After final testing of the system, commissioning of the entire system is carried out followed by commissioning.
Supervised installation is a set of expert consulting services, i.e. installation is carried out by the Customer, but during the construction period our specialist goes to the site, supervises the work, checks the quality and competence of its implementation.
Our installation supervision services include:
- general technical and technological control;
- theoretical and practical training of the Customer’s personnel;
- quality control during work performance.
The composition of the above-mentioned services is individual for each project and is carefully agreed upon with the Customer when concluding the contract.
Commissioning and debugging works
Commissioning work is the final stage of installation work. It is at this stage that the start-up and commissioning of the systems is ensured. Before commissioning works, our Company agrees with the customer on the terms of execution and ensures general conditions of labor safety.
Production of commissioning works is carried out in four stages: preparatory works, debugging works, individual tests and comprehensive equipment debugging.
At the stage of preparatory work, operating documents for technical equipment are studied.
At the stages of setting up work and complex setting up of equipment (commissioning of equipment), the adjustment of the previously carried out adjustment of technical means is carried out, including the adjustment of setting parameters to the values at which the installation can be used in operation. The technical means are put into working mode and their full functionality is checked.
Installation, commissioning of equipment – are considered completed after receiving the parameters and modes provided by the project and technical documentation, which ensure steady and stable operation of technical means.
Commissioning work on the assembled equipment is carried out efficiently and quickly with simultaneous training of the Customer’s operating personnel on the rules of safe operation of the equipment in accordance with the requirements of the manufacturing plant. A program of acceptance tests is being developed together with the Customer. Based on the results of these works, reporting documentation (passport, form) is drawn up.
