The purpose of operational adjustment work and environmental and thermal testing is to establish optimal operating modes of gas-using and heating equipment, taking into account technological conditions, the minimum possible specific fuel consumption and ensuring minimum emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere, not exceeding established technical ones.
The SOE company carries out routine adjustment work and environmental and thermal testing on steam boilers with a capacity of up to 1000 tons/year, operating pressure up to 25 MPa, and hot water boilers with a heating capacity of up to 100 Gcal/year and pressure up to 25 MPa.
- Registration of work in inspections for energy saving and ecology;
- Studying technical documentation, drawing up measurement diagrams, reviewing the installation readiness of the boiler, control and automation devices
- Compilation of information about defects and shortcomings;
- Preparation of necessary instruments, reagents, research methods;
- Preliminary staff training;
- KPI settings;
- Setting the fuel combustion process;
- Routine, adjustment and environmental-thermal testing of equipment;
- Drafting and execution of a technical report;
- Approval of the technical report with local inspection authorities.
- A list of defects is created that require elimination before commissioning begins;
- Checking equipment compliance with passport and design specifications;
- Setting optimal operating modes (minimum and maximum load, gas-air ratio, discharge in the furnace and other parameters);
- Determination of specific fuel consumption for the production of 1 Gcal of thermal energy;
- Instrumental measurements of the composition of exhaust gases determine the excess air in combustion products and the content of toxic substances (carbon monoxide CO, nitrogen oxides NOx);
- Schedule maps of equipment operation are drawn up;
- A technical report is drawn up on the commissioning work carried out;
