Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between TEPLO-COMMUN SERVICE LLC and Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO)
A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between our company LLC “TEPLO-KOMUN SERVICE” and the Nordic Environmental Finance Corporation (NEFCO) [NORDIC ENVIRONMENT FINANCE CORPORATION] – an international financial institution established by an agreement between Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden with its own head office in Helsinki, Finland.
We remind you that on October 26, 2022, NEFCO concluded a Grant Agreement DK02-2022-169 with the Kremenchuk City Council of the Kremenchuk district of the Poltava region. The subject of this Agreement is the implementation within the framework of the tasks of the international technical assistance project “Purchase and installation of electric and container mobile boiler houses in the city of Kremenchuk and related investments provided for technologies for balancing and general energy optimization”, registered in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 153 “On the creation of a unified system for attracting, using and monitoring international technical assistance” dated February 15, 2002, project registration card No. 5040 dated 12/23/2022.
The task within the framework of the project was to create a new heat source based on modular transportable boiler houses for the left-bank part of the city of Kremenchuk in the existing heating network. The boiler houses were manufactured from the location of the reconstruction of the destroyed centralized heating system in the city of Kremenchuk, which provided the city’s residents with heating and hot water.
Financing The project was designed entirely at the expense of a grant from the DSIF fund in the amount of 4,154,800 euros.
The general contractor under the contract was designated as LLC “WISSMANN-Ukraine”, which at one time concluded an agreement with LLC “TEPLO-KOMUN SERVICE” as a manufacturer of transportable boiler rooms.
