All FGR models comply with TU U25.3-43696619-001:2023 HEAT UTILIZERS OF THE ” FGR ” SERIES. Specifications.
This is a special line of exhaust gas/water heat exchangers for the use of condensation heat, which are made of corrosion-resistant materials and are designed to work with boilers manufactured by Viessmann .

FGR-V waste gas/water heat exchangers for operation on gas and liquid boiler fuel (EL)

Compatible Viessmann models
– Vitoplex 100 with a capacity of 575-1750 kW;
– Vitoplex 200 with a capacity of 90-560 kW;
– Vitoplex 300 with a capacity of 80-1750 kW;
– Vitorond 200 with a capacity of 125-1080 kW;
– Vitomax 100-LW with a capacity of 650–6000 kW;
– Vitomax 200 with a capacity of 2100-6000 kW;
– Vitomax 300 with a capacity of 1860–5900 kW;

ADVANTAGES AND FEATURES OF THE DESIGN

– For heating installations with a permissible supply temperature of up to 110 °C;
– High operational reliability and long service life thanks to the use of corrosion-resistant materials, all FGR-V are manufactured with a condensing surface based on E – Fin – a tube with a high fin density .
– Compact design that saves space, the heat exchanger is installed directly behind the water heating boiler, there is an option to install the explosion valve of the boiler on the project site;
– Simplicity of hydraulic tying: adjustment of volume flow through FGR-V, it is possible to pass the entire volume flow, which allows optimal use of condensation heat;
– E – Fin heat exchange surfaces and several water passages in the opposite direction of gas flow provide highly efficient heat exchange and acceleration of the condensation process;
– It is possible to supply condensate neutralization devices coordinated with FGR-V gas/water heat exchangers, which are mounted directly on the FGR-V frame without taking up additional space;
– All models of heat exchangers of the FGR-V series are suitable for operation with gas and short-term operation with light boiler fuel EL with a dual-fuel burner ;
– The FGR-V stainless steel 1.4539 version is available – for continuous operation on light EL boiler fuel using condensation heat.

The main one

Thermal insulation.
Bed with height adjustment.
Counter flanges and collectors of the connection of the gas main.
Couplings for connecting ¬gas temperature sensors.
Additional
On-board boiler relief valve (for installation of FGR-V in the design space of the location of the boiler relief valve).
Condensate neutralization station.
Irrigation system of flue gases with condensate (additional increase in efficiency of the heat exchanger by 3-10%)
Special executions are possible on request.

IMPORTANTLY

– The burner must overcome the total resistance on the side of the flue gases of the water heating boiler, FGR-V and gas duct.
– When using FGR-V, the excess working pressure of the heating installation should not exceed 4 bar.
– The gas nozzles of the water heating boiler and the waste gas/water heat exchanger are aligned with adjusting screws so that they are located at the same height, after which they must be connected by a connecting sleeve.
– The thermal power data of the exhaust gas heat exchanger/FGR-V driver are given for an exhaust gas inlet temperature of 200 °C and an inlet coolant temperature in the heat exchanger of 40 °C.

FGR-V E SERIES HEAT UTILIZERS

This is a special line of waste gas/water heat exchangers (economizers) for using waste gas heat and designed to work with Viessmann boilers .

– Vitomax 100-LW with a capacity of 650–6000 kW;
– Vitomax 200-LW with a capacity of 2100-6000 kW;

– A long-term (more than 25% of the operating time) temperature drop below the dew point of flue gases is unacceptable.
